Shipping and Receiving
We appreciate you buying Chrome Galaxy products! In order to meet our brands sustainability, we produce only limited quantities and replenish weekly.
Therefore, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and verification and an additional 7-10 days for items marked as (pre order) items.
All orders above $300 USD will always receive free shipping; just choose FREE SHIPPING when you check out.
As soon as payment has been verified, all orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Although we'll try to fulfill orders as soon as possible, orders placed during discounts and holidays may face brief delays. Orders confirmed before 10 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed by our staff the same day in order to enable prompt carrier pick-up. After 10 a.m. PST, orders that have been verified, processing will start the following business day. Next, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been sent along with your tracking number.
We provide shipping within the United States. The following shipping choices are available:

Please be aware that our carrier partners cannot deliver packages to P.O. Boxes, so always offer an address where you can receive deliveries without interruption of service to avoid any delays.
To guarantee that your items are delivered on time, we operate around the clock. Nevertheless, we are unable to predict or take responsibility for unforeseeable circumstances like extreme weather, service outages, and random events. Since our carrier partners are not responsible for things once they are delivered, we advise buying shipping insurance. To ensure that the right things are delivered, signature confirmation is required for any order without shipping insurance.

RETURN POLICY
Returns
Our warranty period is 7 days. We are unable to provide you with a refund, store credit, or an exchange after 7 days have passed since the date of delivery.
Only the product cost and any applicable taxes will be reimbursed for orders that are refused at delivery. No refunds are given for shipping costs.
Your item needs to be unwashed with tassel attached and in new condition to be returnable. Otherwise, we will not accept any authorized returns, and you will be required to send the package back to you with a return label.
The item you are allowed to return must be in the same condition that you received it, be packaged in its original packing, or you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Unless you are returning an item for an exchange because it is defective or damaged, there will be an $8.95 shipping charge for all accepted returns. To process any returns or exchanges, please fill out the Return Center form. The return label will be scheduled to be emailed out between 24 to 72 hours after completion and approval of the Return Center.

For lost returns, Chrome Galaxy disclaims all liability. We strongly advise using a delivery confirmation shipping method.
Some things that are not refundable:

- Items on sale with a 25% or greater discount
EVERY BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY SALE IS FINAL.
We need a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number to process your refund.
Also, Chrome Galaxy will email you a Return Center form for you to input your purchase details and attach images of the product.
In some circumstances, only partial returns are permitted, if applicable:
- any object that is broken, missing pieces, or not in its original state for reasons other than our error.
- any product returned after more than 7 days from delivery.
**Note: Decisions about partial refunds are decided solely in light of the circumstances.
Refunds (when applicable)
After 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
The period for inspection and processing is two business days (excluding holidays & weekends).
Within three to five business days after being granted approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Missing or delayed refunds (when applicable)
Check your bank account first if you haven't obtained a refund yet.
Then speak with your credit card provider. Before your refund is officially posted, it can take some time.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Regrettably, in order for us to reimburse the payment for a return, it must include every item from that purchase order. We won't be able to accept the item as a return if it was marked as a gift when you made the purchase and it was shipped straight to you. However, we will allow an exchange for a different size of the same item as long as it happens within 7 days of the original purchase date.

The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
If the item being shipped costs more than $75, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. Although we hope to get your returned goods, we cannot guarantee it.
